Vomit

It has been my experience that days that start with vomit are rarely as productive as they could be, or as they might have been intended to be at the outset. It doesn't matter where the vomit comes from, although it could be argued that it is better if it does not come from one's self, vomit and productivity do not mix. MY day began with vomit. I am thankful it was not my vomit. It was however a game changer insofar as my day was concerned. I do not like vomit. Thank God for disinfectants, running water, and Yankee candles.
